The Hawthorn leaves and flowers used for this tea are carefully grown and selected for high quality.
- Hawthorn leaves with flowers (Crataegi folium cum flore, Crateagi flos)
Preparation:
- For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to a cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
