Description
Each of these tablets by KAL contains 500 mg magnesium as well as L-arginine and L-glutamine. It also contains ActiSorb base with herbs and spices such as black pepper, ginger root, rosemary and turmeric.
Magnesium supports normal muscle function, normal nervous system function and fatigue reduction among other things.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 tablet with a meal, preferably dinner.
Note:
May have a laxative effect.
